Según el peticionario, resulta necesario que la Corte aclare lo dispuesto en los fundamentos 38 y 67 del referido fallo, en el sentido de precisar su alcance en relación con la parte resolutiva.
Se DENEGÓ el requerimiento formulado luego que la Sala considerara que el solicitante sólo pretendía cuestionar la decisión tomada en la providencia de la referencia, recurriendo a argumentos basados en la interpretación descontextualizada de sus fundamentos.
